Overview
1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods purchased through the online store operated by CreArtation.co.uk
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
3. Personalized products are not eligible for returns unless the items are faulty.
4. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving.
Refunds
5. To be eligible for returns
a) The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
b) The product remains it its original packaging along with its labels.
c) The product is not part of items that cannot be refunded.
6. Once the products reach us and they are confirmed to be eligible for return, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day we received the returned products. We will refund the price of the product in full, excluding supplementary costs for delivery, expedited delivery options, gift wrapping and other additional expenses. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used in the purchase.
7. You will be responsible to arrange the return and for the cost of returning the products to us if the return is not because of an error on our part or because the item is faulty or defective. You may be liable for, and we may deduct from any refund due to you, any diminution to the value of the returned products caused by your handling of the products, up to the extent necessary to ascertain the characteristics, functions or nature of the products. Other than as set out herein, you will not incur any additional fees as a result of your request for reimbursement.
8. If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction. You must notify us of an error by writing to in respect of the products delivered or of a damaged or defective product, immediately upon receipt not exceeding 48 hours.
9. Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us via email to let us know that you will be returning the item.
10.If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
11. Once your return is received and inspected we’ll contact you with 48 hours to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
12. If you haven’t received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn’t been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.
13. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
13. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
Gifts
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
